Our new Absence Monitoring Software Program is an excellent program for monitoring and measuring employee absence, including exploring the causes. The software comes in two versions stand alone and the Pro version that is server based. The software will also produce detailed graphs.

The average level of absence in the UK is eight days per employee per year, so it not surprising that HR Managers need to monitor employee absence and identify the cost to their organisation.

The Pro version also provides server based functionality allowing multiple users to work at the same time.
